A public apology? really? I’ve made no statements in public or elsewhere that were anything less than fact.

I contacted you because I thought it would be in the best interest of your agency for this to become a dead issue. How could that happen? If by agreement, I publicly stated that the issue had been settled……nothing more, nothing less. But during our call, I was stunned that you chose to arrogantly explain your “slight oversight” as you called it, like it was an amusing story that I should chuckle over. Was I supposed to think this is funny?

Now you want to put the responsibility of clearing this issue up in my hands? If anyone owes an apology, it’s you and your agency for the sloppiness of your work.

I appreciate you giving me a “courtesy” call, but that was the intention of
the email I sent to your firm this morning…for courtesy…..and to work
